Dugald Mackie - Chair
Dugald Mackie is currently Vice-Principal at the University of Manchester. Having spent over thirty years working in higher education administration and management in a number of universities and a funding council, he will be retiring from this post in September of this year.
Timothy Hornsby CBE
Timothy Hornsby is currently the Chair of the Horniman Museum, the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association, and the Harkness Fellows Association. He is a Commissioner (and previous Chair) of the National Lottery Commission, and independent member of the Consumer Council for Water.
Anupam Ganguli
Anupam, a chartered accountant and MBA, is Director of Finance at the V&A. He is deputy chair of the London Regional Council of Arts Council England (ACE). His professional career has been with Price Waterhouse, HSBC, the BBC and KPMG. He has undertaken voluntary work in the arts for a number of organisations including Shakespeare's Globe, the Gate Theatre, the Florence Trust and Tamasha Theatre Company.
Anna Southall
Anna Southall is Vice Chair of the Big Lottery Fund, and Chair of the Fund's Living Landmarks programme. Between 1996 and 2006 she chaired the Barrow Cadbury Trust, a charitable foundation which promotes social justice, and is now 'Lead Trustee' for the Trust's Young Adults and Criminal Justice programme.

Richard Fries
Richard Fries has been a trustee of TimeBank since 2000 and is its Vice-Chair and Treasurer. He was Chief Charity Commissioner from 1992-99, and previously a civil servant in the Home Office. Since leaving the Commission he has been involved in issues concerning charity and not-for-profit law and regulation.

Dame Jocelyn Barrow
An astute and pro-active senior executive with experience and expertise in a variety of related professions and a particular interest in community involvement. Dame Jocelyn was a founding member and General Secretary of CARD (Campaign Against Racial Discrimination), the organisation responsible for the Race Relations Legislation in 1968. Her equal opportunities and educational expertise is reflected in her many Government appointments to a range of organisations and statutory bodies. In 1972 Dame Jocelyn was awarded the OBE for work in the field of education and community relations. In 1992 she received the DBE for work in broadcasting and her contribution to the work of the European Union.
Judith Donovan CBE
Judith Donovan CBE started and then ran her own direct marketing agency in her native Bradford, in the 80s and 90s. She was one of the first female entrepreneurs in Yorkshire and was recognised as such by "Yorkshire Business Woman of the Year" and "Yorkshire Woman of the Year". She was also a national finalist in both Entrepreneur of the Year and the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year. In addition she chaired the Bradford Training and Enterprise Council, and was the first ever female president of Bradford Chamber of Commerce.
Stuart Fraser
Stuart Fraser began his working life in the City of London as trainee in a stockbroking firm. Over the course of his career he has moved through a succession of investment related disciplines, including Foreign Exchange, Money Broking, International Equities, Investment Research and Fund Management. He is currently a divisional director of Brewin Dolphin Securities, the UK's largest independent quoted stockbroker responsible for the management of Private Client, Charitable and Trust investment portfolios and is Chairman of the Group's Asset Allocation Committee.
Bill Morris, LVO
Bill Morris is Director of Culture, Ceremonies and Education at the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Previously Bill worked at the BBC for nearly 25 years firstly in Radio and then TV Production and subsequently a number of managerial roles. Most recently, as Project Director Live Events, where he was responsible for many of the BBC’s major events, including the “BBC Music Live” Festival, the annual “BBC Proms in the Park”, Olympic Torch Relay Concert in London’s Mall, The Queen’s Concerts” at Buckingham Palace and coordination of broadcast live events across a number of BBC outlets including, in summer 2005, “Live 8”. Bill served on the Radio Academy’s Council from the early 1990’s and as Chair from 1998-2001. He was made a fellow in July 2001.
Zenna Atkins
Zenna Atkins is an acclaimed Social Entrepreneur. She is an executive consultant for Social Solutions, a social sector consultancy company, dedicated to building capacity and maximising opportunities for the third sector, specialising in social Enterprise development and sustainability. She is Chairman of Ofsted, the children and learners inspection and regulation body, chairman of the NHS Teaching Primary Care Trust in Portsmouth and the Group Chairman of Places for People, a national property development and management company dedicated to creating neighbourhoods of choice for all, managing 58 thousand properties, building 1700 homes a year.
Novlette Rennie OBE
Novlette is the Chief Executive of Sporting Equals Ltd and has been with the organisation since its foundation in October 1998. She began as a National Sports Development Officer and was promoted to Project Manager in April 2000. In April 2002, her title changed to Director to reflect the strategic level of her work. She became Chief Executive in August, 2006. Novlette was awarded an OBE for Services to Diversity in Sport in the 2007 Queen’s New Year’s Honours list. More recently, in February 2007, Novlette was appointed as a board member to the Board of Legacy Trust UK
Howard Dawber
Howard Dawber has been Strategic Advisor at Canary Wharf Group since August 2004. In addition to work on corporate strategic issues, he is responsible for public affairs, government and external relations. Howard manages Canary Wharf Group’s Public and Community Affairs Department including the Social and Economic Development team.
