As the Programmes Manager at LTUK, Ulrika is responsible for the grant process and programme management of all of the Trust’s funded programmes, supporting and monitoring them in their development and delivery work, as well as working with them on leaving a lasting legacy. She represents LTUK at all Programme Board meetings and work with key stakeholders within the wider context that the Trust operates in.

With extensive knowledge in grant making, programme management and partnership working, Ulrika joined LTUK from UnLtd – the foundation for social entrepreneurs, an organisation giving out cash awards to individuals who want to create positive social change in their local community through new and innovative projects. As a Development Manager, Ulrika provided extensive support to over 150 projects, managed and delivered two major externally funded partnership programmes in the South East and in New Cross Gate, London, and also became the voice of UnLtd after scripting and recording UnLtd’s first ever surgery video podcast.
