The 2009 UK School Games was launched at Cardiff Castle by ambassador Darren Campbell and a selection of past, present and future competitors.

Olympic gold medallist Campbell was even put through his paces by head of Welsh judo Neil Adams and twice UK School Games champion Brandon Dodge.
